Contact me within 7 days of delivery and send items back within 14 days of delivery.

Due the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for: custom or personalised orders, perishable products (like food or flowers) or intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).
Returns and exchange details:
If you are not satisfied with the item you have received you may return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage costs). Work must be in it’s original packaging.
Please note that Wild West Works cannot accept responsibility for, or give a refund for, any item that has been damaged during shipping. So please pack any item that you are returning EXTREMELY CAREFULLY!
Wild West Works will not accept returns on custom orders, as those should already have been approved.
